Training resumes after Covid 19 hiatus

As normalcy returns to the region with the steady decline in Covid-19 cases, FC Mangalore welcomed the return of our age-group teams back to our campus. After a rigorous scouting program across India, our coaches have handpicked some of the best talents from the North East and South regions of India.

Following some initial quarantine procedure, the boys will undergo physical and medical tests later this week with pre-season training scheduled to begin in Mid-September.  

“There was a lot of traveling involved and also long hours of watching videos and conducting trials however in the end we were able to identify some really good talent. We wanted to bolster our youth teams with the influx of some good players so that we could challenge both at the state and national level and this is a truly talented bunch that has a lot of potential.”

Although the AIFF Youth League Calendar is still to be announced by the State and National FA, the FC Mangalore Coaching Team will leave no stone unturned as they head into the pre-season phase of training.
